Sorry about the long delay with the posts. I have had ACL reconstructive surgery in the last month, and we are getting ready for our second daughter. It is amazing how easy it is to disrupt the flow of a blog :)

I had ACL surgery (Patella tendon graft), along with a meniscus tear repair, a few years ago. Not fun at all. Make sure you follow the doctor's orders.

Thanks Jeff- thats what I am doing. Rehab is going well. It is amazing how fast muscles can atrophy.
