After finishing the model in 3dcoat, can I bring the model into solidworks ?
I think that you would be able to bring it in to Solidworks via obj or stl. As far as CNC this would be dependent on whether there your CAM software can handle polygons or not.
That said even if you cant take it into Solidworks and shell the geometry, it can still be valuable as a reference, and more importantly this helps you get out of a Solidworks or CADcentric design mentality.

Another challenge is can I bring into our cnc software for manufacturing ?

I have download 3dcoat, but I can find obj and lwo only. No stl

I am using an alpha version which has the volumetric sculpt capabilites.
You will probably have to use the obj format to translate into stl. we can also ask 3dcoat for stl capabilites.
